DTDC Courier & Cargo — worst service ! | |||||
Consignment# C80986374, Booked from coimbatore, Tamilnadu to Hindupur, Andra Pradesh on 10.03.2018. Filling this complaint 15.03.18. even after 5 Days of dispatch, the parcel is not delivered.Service from the organization and response is the worst one i have faced ever. The worst response i heard even after tracking the parcel since 13.03.18 is " The DTDC courier office is sending back the parcel as recipient is not available" I got confirmation on 14.03.18 that the parcel will be delivered on the day. Could not understand that how this service is running with these kind of worst responce. Highly disappointed and heading to file a complaint as well !! Krishnan Was this information helpful? | |||||
