My shipment reached the courier office on 10th jul, personally went there to collect the based on confirmation from dtdc person but they said parsal din reached them yet.. Then why you have to communicate to collect the parcel. Also dtdc person said in 2day it will reach my home knowing my pincode. But still no response and status was updated as (Area non serviceable - (Dir), dono what the hell went wrong with them. This is the 3rd time i am facing similar kind of issue.. If you are able to service after contacting you guys why you are updating the status as not serviable.. Was this information helpful? | |
