DTDC Courier & Cargo — wrong destination in the online tracking system

Z98731490 is the docket number. The destination pincode on the parcel and the receipt is same but when i tracked it online i came to know that the dtdc representative has entered the wrong pincode 440020. The customer care service is very pathetic as i am unable to get my problem resolved. I therefore request you to look into the matter and get it delivered at the right pincode which is 440021. High cost and worst courier. Please don't use this worst courier for emergency ..
