DTDC Courier & Cargo — Wrong online status & delivery to wrong person | |||
The worst kind of services given by the DTDC courier. They taking 7days (Apr5th to Apr 11th) to delivery the product from Pune to Yavatmal the consignment no is P[protected] And also send the parcel to wrong person). Pune to Yavtmaal only 612km by road & its taking hardly 6-7 hrs. Due to that i am lossing my important bussiness deal. But they didnt stop at there they did a huge Blunder. Before the product is received by the person they showing at wrong information on online (2days ago product will received) & they send the parcel to wrong person in wrong address. When I started inquiry about this, the customer care services person of pune office, Nagpur office & Yavatmal office they didn't co-operate me. Particularly the franchise given by the DTDC in Yavatmal the person delivery the parcel totally misbehaving me. They didnt give me particular information.
