DTDC Courier & Cargo — wrongly putting blame on customer

My consignment no[protected] from amazon was to be delivered on 14 feb 2020.
I received an sms saying that the delivery was attempted and that my door was locked - this is a lie as my office and home are in the same location and the door is never locked.
I then received a sms from amazon saying that the reason the package could not be delivered was that the contents were damaged and that it was returned undelivered
This shows how easily your staff resorts to lies and misinformation, trying to make it appear to be the receiver's fault.
Kindly take action on the person responsible for this mis-communication.
If you dont do this, the practice of lying and putting the blame on the customer will continue

When i check my tracking details in the evening it is showing undeliver and receiver not available, Actually i didn't get any information or call from courier boy so, how can you keep receiver not available please take action against this
