Dtdc Courier — Consignment lost and wrong information | |||||
My consignment number D25577570 containing a mobile phone is lost by DTDC courier company and their customer service is not providing me with any legitimate information. The consignment was in a secured pack which use was to deliver the consignment safely but they were unable to do it and unfortunately they lost it but they are not accepting it whereas their franchise office from where the parcel was couriered they are saying that the consignment is lost. Therefore i need the matter to be sorted out at earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
