Dtdc Courier — Consignment not received till now & time of dilevery crossed (DKT NO. V20473655 DT 30 JAN 2015 TIME 4.30 PM)

We have couriered a shirt on 30 JAN 2015 at 4.30 pm through DTDC PLUS service which was promised to deliver next day that is 31 JAN 2015. However, three days have been crossed from promise delivery date but yet consignment could not received. Now i am unable to track the said consignment so i want to receive my consignment immidiately. DKT NO. V20473655 DT 30 JAN 2015 TIME 4.30 PM
