DTDC Courier — Courier Not Delivered and it showing delivered

One Courier Not deliver on written address and when I checked the thru ref no it shows its been delivered. But when I enquired about who has received it then comes to know its not been actually delivered and also experiencing very very pathetic behaviour of DTDC staff. Even they are not bothered to pick the call of harassed customer. Also called their manager on given no- [protected] but he not bothered to pick the call.
