DTDC Courier — Courier not delivered - crossed 7 days

Hi There, This to bring to your notice that I had booked a Courier on 10th November, 2015 at Bangalore, Koramangala- 8th Block branch for the destination Bangalore, Electronic City, Phase -1. It was Premium Plus service and was supposed to get delivered on the next business day. However, it is been almost 8 days but my courier is not delivered yet. The online status shows last updated on 13th November, 2015 “In transit”. Upon my inquiry with all most all DTDC branches through which this parcel goes, I got no update. They are either disconnecting the call or keeping the line busy. I contacted the following no and did not get any response[protected],[protected]/137, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected]. The parcel contains some urgent important documents which were supposed to be submitted at the earliest. Kindly consider my complaint and take appropriate action against DTDC.
