[Resolved]  DTDC Courier — Courier not delivered in the same city even after 5 days

I had sent a courier vide airway bill no Z33543894 to noida on 12/09/2014 but it has still not reached even after 5 days of disptach. What a pathetic service and quality your company has . i am going to restrict all my cutomers and clients for sending their couriers and consignment by DTDC. This has been really a nightmare for me as the documents were really urgent. Who is responsible for your filthy service. I will file a suit against you if my important docs do not reach the destination. i will sue your company.
