DTDC Courier — Courier not picked up (unreliable courier)

I had booked express courier from Mumbai to Malaysia on 15th Oct and was assured prompt pickup. Even until 2100hrs (9pm) on 16th Oct, no one had come to collect the documents. I called the customer care several times. Each time i was assured that courier will be picked up on time and they raised the concern with their international team too. But it seems no one is bothered to cater to customer's request. This is the most unreliable courier service i have come across!! I don't recommend using this courier and look for alternate source to send couriers
