Hi Sir / Madam, This is Abhishek Mandal from Mumbai . I have sent 2 couriers with ABN : D25133521 & D24608433 Respectively. Both reached Kolkata on 20th oct 2015 as per the update available from your online tracking facility .One out of the 2 has been further dispatched from kolkata and the other is still lying at your Kolkata hub .kindly look into the matter and push the dispatch of the couries with ABN : D25133521. Also expressing my grievance for choosing DTDC . And special mention of the DTDC kolkata team's ignorance in the delay . Attached are the screenshots of the tracking details.
