DTDC Courier — I am not receive my courier from last 12 days

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 508284

My partner sent a courier to my address at 20th jun-18( Vijayawada to Pochampally-508284) but still now I am not received my courier. I went to malaket branch also and I tried so many calls to same branch & begumpet branch but no one responded. This courier very important to me, This is very bad situation and worst service in my life. 12days completed but no one response please help me.
