DTDC Courier — Improper service | |||||
Hi, I have couriered a document parcel(Consignment no : B[protected] from Bangalore on 9/11/15, Karnataka to Ponnai, Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Before doing so, i have inquired with the respective person about the delivery of package to the destination, and they confirmed. And after 10 days(on 20/11/15) when inquired they are saying they do not have a service to ponnai and asking us to collect it in personal from vellore dtdc center. i request you to look into the problem and take necessary action due to delay in delivery and not adhering for the confirmation provided to the consumer.
