Dtdc Courier — Item not delivered

My cousin sent a courier (DTDC) through HIGH SPEED plan on 26th Aug 2015 from Hyderabad and the courier has reached Gwalior on 28th Aug 2015(Friday) at around 11 AM, but the courier has not been delivered as of today(30th Aug 2015) and there is no response from the office. The courier contains Rakhi and delivering it after 2-3 days doesn't make any sense. This is not the first time, as previously I had to pay Rs. 2000 fine as my fee DD was delivered 2 days later. Atleast they should call the customer to come and collect the parcel if they cannot deliver.

We already send a courier On 27/02/2016 and it's receipt in our hands .Did not delivered still.We already enquired in TIRURANGADI-676 306 branch and we could not get any details about it.
