Dtdc Courier — Items not delivered yet

Sir, My consignment no *V25521925* was to be shipped from Ranchi to Bengaluru. The tracking system says that the items are out for delivery since 6th November. Is it humanly possible?...The courier service centre from where we had sent the item says that the items have been delivered. Yet I have not received the item. Can you please enquire regarding the same and let me know. The fact is that we opt for a reliable company as yours because we trust your service. I hope my items have not been misplaced. Please let me know about its whereabouts as soon as possible. Thanking you, Samridhi
