Dtdc Courier — Luggages are missing sent from Bangalore to Kolkata

I have sent around 68 kgs of luggages from Bnaglore to Kolkata, but have received only 50 kgs. Bags were cut and items are taken out of the bags. I have complaint this to DTDC office but they are not taking any action .Its been more than a month but no response.
