Dtdc Courier — M22128467 Bombay to Bangalore. Unnecessary delay in Delivery

My courier reached Banglaore office yesterday. I called up today to track my courier. The lady at Lavelle road office said that my courier is lying in the office since morning but there is no one to deliver it. Really disappointed with your service. My company gives you business of about INR 1, 00, 000 every year. I'm going to stop taking your service now. This is not the first time I have faced issues with DTDC. The last time when I sent my courier to Mangalore, they didn't deliver because they wanted to go home early. The lady I spoke to is from Lavelle Road Branch of DTDC. Her number is [protected].
