DTDC Courier — Material missing

Resp sir / mdm we send a courier ( very imported material ) as on 31.8.15 with dtdc courier z62307793 but till now it is not delivered . When we search or talk about it from dtdc person, some time they say that nobody was available on adderess and some time they say their boy could not reach add. We are requested to u, for revert my costly material asap from vikas jakhar [protected]
