I booked a parcel with your authorised dealer on[protected] for delivery to Charkhi --Dadri (Dist: Bhiwani) and it has not been delivered till date i.e.14th of October, 2015 at 0900AM. Kindly let me know who would pay for the damages and loss that I have incurred for this delay. Your tracking shows it to be in transit. How long is it going to be in transit? Kindly get it delivered today failing which I shall be constrained to seek other legal redressal of my grievance and shall approach the Consumer Court for damages etc. An early response will oblige.
