DTDC Courier — Non delivery of parcel/No response from customer care

Hi, I had a parcel shipped, consignment number D23965922, through dtdc courier to my home address. I tracked the parcel online on the company's website which states attempted to deliver and from last 3 days its showing out for delivery. I have tried to contact and emailed to noida office and near by office. Contact number given at their website turned out to be of some banks Landline number. I can't get through anyone and got no response from the company's side after emailing the same. Please do the needful.
