DTDC — Courier Not delivered and no details on when it will be delivered

This is the most pathetic experience of courier service of my lifetime. I sent a parcel on 15th of November 2014 through DTDC, which has not been received yet. Its 10 days now from the date when I sent the parcel. No one is bothered to receive the call at the customer care office. My parcel is still a lost property, my 5000 Rs is on stake. No one is there to tell me where is my parcel. Don't know what to do, feeling absolutely helpless and handicapped. Will never ever take DTDC service in my future and will never suggest anybody to do so. DTDC has ruined its service quality.
