DTDC — courier not delivered stating wrong address

Hi,

I had send a parcel to my friend with tracking number h90569249. At the time of booking, i had given the correct address and pincode. The service person never told me that the address is unservicable. Now, the package is shown as undelivered because the address is unservicable. This is not possible because in this same address, my friend has been getting packages delivered. They did not even contact my friend in her number for anything and from 4 days, it is shown as undelivered.

I need an immediate solution for this
