DTDC — Courier not returned to Company

There was a product that was not accepted when it was delivered at my residential address as no one was available at home however the product (worth INR 9900) has yet not been returned to the company cause of which they are not processing the refund. Below are the consignment details Z44178513 Kindly return the product to company asap so that they can process the refund of INR 9900. I've been writing emails & calling on your customer care number from last 1 month but failed to receive any response from anyone. PLS help as its a huge amt & i'm stuck cause of poor & pathetic services from DTDC. I shall look ahead to your reply.
