Dtdc Courier — package not received

My consignment number is m55412186 it was delivered to jabalpur to pune still not received.
Stuck in mumbria hub last 3 days no one bothered to informe. I tried to contact to customer care pune they talk to rudely they said you have to wait we will find. It try mumbai number was given by pune customer service team. No response they said stuck in mumbai we don't know why we will check get back to you. And now where we given the package jabalpur courier person told my they missed your package that's why they didn't reply even he also raised the complaint but no one reply.
Total 1 weak completed don't know where my package. Costly expensive tomorrow i am going out of town still no reply 10 thousand price for my package. My expensive clothes. On want my package asap.
