Dtdc Courier — Parcel not received

I had send one parcel from Bangalore by CN No. B24289270 on 19th aug;15. When i checked the status of Parcel, it has reached the Ranchi on 22nd Aug, 15. When i inquired with the Ph. no. [protected] it was switched off. Almost three days over, the parcel is laying with Ranchi, DTDC office. Please resolve the issue and deliver the parcel at the earliest to destination.
