DTDC Courier — Parcel was tampered and content stolen

My friend couriered 5 Sodexo booklets from DTDC, Undri (Pune). When I recd. the parcel in Ghaziabad, it had only 3 booklets and 2 booklets were stolen from it.
I lodged a complaint and got to know even in their system they have this information that when parcel was booked at the first DTDC centre it's weight was 200gms and parcel with same weight was recd. at Delhi APEX but when it was sent to and recd.at the next DTDC centre it's WEIGHT WAS REDUCED and it was 70gms only.
Still there is no action on my complaint# 00986619. AWB - P34145660.
