DTDC Courier — Product not delivered to the customer but the tracking status shows delivered

I had ordered products from P&G. It has despatched via DTDC Tracking Id/ AWB number - X15226218. On September 29th 2015 the shipment was booked and from the tracking status I could see it was delivered on October 9th. When I approached DTDC on 13th October(Chennai Guindy, Porur and Virugambakkam(Mani's Xerox), there is no response. The Mani's xerox vendor talking so rudely to me even though they are responsible. Worst and Bad experience with DTDC courier.
