I had a very bad experience. Till date I have not received my courier. Sent from-Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Sent to-Pune, Maharashtra AWP No - A30257092 The courier contained very important documents of mine and a Demand Draft for college fees. The courier guy at first said it has been delivered; but there has been no entry or record in the institute of such courier. Then the next day the guy says it has been sent back. Till now I have not received the courier back. The courier guy lied to me the whole day saying I have delivered it personally and even he fed into the system that the courier has been delivered. Honesty and Trust are the important factors in business. I don't think I will consider DTDC again.
