DTDC Courier, Ramanthpuram, Hyderabad — Consignment Not recd at Daman after 06days fm hyderabad booking

Dear Sir, I had booked a pkt for Daman ( Mr. B.K.Mohanty, Near Vapi, India ) on 03.09.15. It was assured to reach by 3-days. Till now my Client has not recd the parcel. While tracking it is showing in transit and last base at Hyderabad Apex 04.09.15.
