DTDC — Courier return

I sent a courier to Gudilova on 15-06-15 wide pod _H43926181 from vizianagaram. After One week it returns to me. I shocked and consult to courier office. They replied re-laxly that no DTDC service at Gudilova... he cheats me ... he has to give the above information before i booked the Courier.
