DTDC Courier — Returned courier as "no service"

I had booked one packet(small) on 11/01/2016 for delivery at State Bank of Mysore, Bagalur Branch, BAGALUR-635103 vide Consignment Note B28689400.
I was charged for Rs 100 as it was out of state ie from Bangalore, Karnataka to Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu.
DTDC did not deliver this packet due to poor service from DTDC neither it was delivered nor they have contacted regarding it (despite the fact that both parties mobile no. was mentioned with the address).
On checking with DTDC tracking system, this consignment was being shown "Shipment Returned due to NO SERVICE". Before sending the parcel i enquired with the person he said the service available to Bagalur so i sent the courier.
Now since its returned now when i went and enquired he says "The service is not available" and you contact customer care and get your parcel on your own.

Really its a pathetic behaviour from DTDC. Not behaving professionally. Their registration has to be cancelled.

Updated by karthikps1947 I am trying to contact with the customer care no one picks the call... Tried almost 50 to 100 times per day but no response to the call.

Updated by karthikps1947 If you know whether service is available or not to particular place then why you people will accept the parcel and trying to delivery nearest location and returned back again without contacting the provided numbers. You are cheating people like anything.

Updated by karthikps1947 Till now i have not received my consignment ie., No Return of my package. Please return my package. When i check with customer care they say it's available in Doddanakundi office, so i visited there they said they don't have the package you contact customer care.

Please track my package and return me with the charges.
