DTDC — Courier send at wrong address

Dear sir, i was courier one small parcel through dtdc SF032 branch on dated[protected] from delhi to alwar but today when i see online status of this then it shows at merruth when i was trying to talk with costumer care on these no's[protected], 14, 15, 16 they even dont pick phone when receive call after 20 minutes they told me that we register your complaint and talk to you very soon. i am very disappointed and i have never thought this kind of casual services from dtdc, so please look into matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
