Dtdc Courier — Shipment mishandled

I had sent a parcel to Bangalore from Chennai on 09-Feb-2015. The consignment number is C58062946. There was a mistake in receiver's address so i had called bangalore customer care no: [protected] in order to correct it on 10-Feb-2015. I spoke to a lady and she noted down the correct address and ensured the the parcel would be redirected to the new address. I again contacted customer care on 12-Feb-2015 in order to ensure that they updated the same.. BUT NOW I SEE THAT THE SHIPMENT IS BEING RETURNED BACK TO CHENNAI... INSPITE OF CALLING MORE THAN TWICE AND UPDATING THE CORRECT ADDRESS THEY WERE LEAST BOTHERED TO EVEN CALL ME...
