Dtdc Courier — Shipment Z69433259 was not delivered and the updated with the wrong status

Hi, This is with regards to my Shipment (Tracking # Z[protected] which was not delivered to me and on asking to the Customer care of DTDC, it is said to me that I have refused and returned this. Can you please help me to understand how is it possible that i have refused for the shipment when i haven't received any call or any communication from any DTDC representatives. I assume someone is lying and giving some wrong communication due to which this is not delivered to me on 5th Dec. Kindly update my mobile number ([protected]) on the Shipment and please look into this and reschedule the delivery of the same at the earliest. Also, would request not to put any wrong comments saying that Receiver refused or Anything as I didn't got any call from any representative of DTDC Note: You can call me on the mobile number ([protected]) in case of any confusion/queries related to this and this number can be used while doing the Delivery of the Shipment too. CURRENTLY THE SHIPMENT IS IN PUNE REGION ONLY AS THE LATEST UPDATE (AT 12:30 pm approx.). SO IS IT POSSIBLE TO HOLD IT HERE ONLY AND DELIVER THE SAME AT THE EARLIEST Regards Anup
