not yet reached the destination. this Consignment is supposed to fly to international destination on 14/10/2015 afternoon so couriered and not used postal services
has u r services become slower than postal services??
if the parcel is not able to reach banglore in time to move ahead than whts the use o[censored] r courier serying by payying such a high amt. need explanation
and plz i dont want any regret wordings as u r regret wordings is neither going to make the parcel reach its international destination nor going to make my worry & tension less
I am very sorry to say but the type of torture U r inducing to the End customer by beleiving in u is very painful
All are doing blaming game & playing with the customer
The Company, its branches, its franchises nobody responsible. I am very shocked by u r attutidue as a company . Instead o[censored] internally cordinating u r asking me to talk to various branches (nos) to get the details
for wht do u charge?? to make the customer leave their current work and do u r work & ??
Too much of mental torture has been done by u in last 3 days. I wuld like to get a clarification from the company, u r branch, franchises or anybody i have got nothing to do with.
Beacuse o[censored] r disgusting service, u r inablitity of cordination, u r lack of customer service & their importance my shippment culd not reach the Final destination ie USA via Banglore and u r least bothered abt it . 72 hrs has been passed and they is not a single call/ reply or any communication from dtdc couriers. the customer he running from ploes to pillars.
DTDC let me knw when r u going to do the needful ?
Due to u r delay the shippment was not able to reach USA via Banglore. its the responsibility of DTDC to make the delivery . when will u do it at the earliest Was this information helpful? |
