Dtdc Courier — THE ITEM IS NOT DELEVERED TO THE PIN

Refer to DTDC TRACKING NO - Z[protected] Item booked on 02-02-15 from Delhi) 1. The item was not delivered a my address. I had to go to DTDC Office (Perumba, Payyanur), which is 20 KMs away from my Office address to collect it. { On asking DTDC, the staff say, This pin mentioned in the address is far away, we do not cover it. Then my question is, WHY DID DTDC BOOKED THE ORDER AT DELHI?} 2. The staff in the Office including the Manager/ Owner do not have basic courtesy to deal with the customer. 3. The staff do not speak in any other language ( Hindi or English) except Malayalam.Rather they try to offend the customer by laughing aloud, when they are requested to speak in English or Hindi.
