DTDC Courier — They are cheated, my courier with consignment no z59044407 have still not delivered

Hi, I am Maneesh, I have sent a courier via dtdc to bhiwandi on 6th of Aug. As on today the courier has not been delivered. Also status on their website was also not updated and is of 8 the Aug only. I have mailed them twice but they v are not responding to my concern. They are cheaters. Why these moorings entered into the industry when they can not deliver what they promised.
