DTDC — Courier Undelivered for over a month and wrong status in courier tracking

I had sent a courier through your company on 9th March 2015. POD No. - P31490461 from Pune to Noida. The courier did not get delivered at the destination and yet in the tracking it showed as delivered. After about a month's follow-up we were informed that the courier did not actually get delivered, but wrong update was given by the delivery boy. This was an important courier which was to go to our client and has cost loss of goodwill.
