I bought Brand New HP laptop from Emax on dated 24 Feb 2022. Product was already registered on HP website and warranty has been started from 30 Jan 2022. Salesperson gave us that product with fake offer and false statement. Refused to provide the invoice while saying you will received through email. As per invoice there was big difference as salesperson told us. From 24 Feb 2022 till today 08 March 2022 i am just calling them and sending emails but there is no positive response except their acknowledgment. They admitted their mistake but still i am waiting from their response.
it is requested please do the needful as i am got sick because of this and having loss day by day.
