DTDC Courier — Urgent document not delivered, was told 4 days. But it has been 12 days

I sent documents on 7th which was received on the branch officeon 11th Nov. But no one cared to deliver the document for 8 days. When I enquired yesterday at [protected] I was told that the delivery boy hasn't come since 2 days. I requested to deliver yesterday and let him know the importance and urgency but still no response please help H48736744

It was impossible to wait so I had to ask my uncle to collect the document. What do I need to do inorder to avoid such incompetent service apart from not using it. What about their false claims of delivering within 4-7 days. They even didn't bother to inform on the number provided, stating that the service was not express and I sent by normal service costing 140 rupees only. And they didn't bother to receive the call saying that office timings is from 10am to 5 Pm
