Dtdc Courier — Valuable Courier lost and not delivered from Jaipur to Indore

Hi, DTDC from long time has been used from long time to deliver your couriers and items on time. But this time I am really fed up with the services being provided by the DTDC. My relatives had couriered some important items from Jaipur to Indore via the Jaipur DTDC courier channel. The consignment was dispatched on Oct 1, 2015. But till now the status on tracking system is being shown as InTransit. When my relatives talked to the Jaipur DTDC office they were not sure where the consignment is exactly and what is its status ? Isn't that strange? Some Valuable things we want to reach the destination on time and didn't expect DTDC to provide this kind of pathetic service. DTDC charged 240 INR to deliver the courier but service has not been worth the amount being spent. My Consignment Number is: V24661422. Sender Name is Mr. Kanhiyalal Nanakwani.
