Hello, Why I am writing this email is because your Representative even do not know how to talk with customers. I booked a courier at 1.00 PM 22 June 2015 and its not dispatched on the same day & even not when I am writing this email. I have a courier M20436547 its so been called your CN NO. I booked courier from S.S. ENTERPRISES from Nagpur & this was very important for me today as I do not expect delivery.I can go to registered DTDC office & collect the courier. But the worst is its not yet dispatched shame on DTDC. I am loosing lot of now by end of the day I could I have taken this step to ask some person to come to Pune any any means instead of DTDC worst service. What kind of people you have given to agency? If needed I have conversation recorded for every one talked at lease 3 peoples from S.S. ENTERPRISES. Hope I will get reply within next hour. For your information please find attached. & Kindly mean it I am writing this email in RED NEXT EMAIL I am writing phone numbers of peoples written on my slip. [protected]So Called DTDC registered office (but a lady said she can not help me as I have handed over my courier to somebody else. If the person was not authorized by DTDC then how he can give me a slip of DTDC as attached.) Other Person [protected] he is talking irrelevant to me? I got these numbers from DTDC website. Before that I called first to[protected]Pune). They are keeping me on hold (IVR) for 8-12 minutes and disconnecting phone. I need answer for all my questions? Kindly reply from Customer Care. And please let me know am I servicing to you or you are? NEXT EMAIL Reply is appreciated. Consumer Court is final option. No Reply is expected as I emailed thrice.
