My parcel vide no. A46551147 booked on1st oct2020 from surat to bangalore has not been delivered till today ie 11/10/2020 . It has been 10 days. There is no proper reply from ur customer care and we even cannot contact ur delivery branch because they don't receive any call. When ever we call the number it say it's busy. Can u please tell me when will my parcel be delivered. U charge a lot and ur delivery is worst. If I had booked my parcel by ordinary post then also it would have been delivered within 5 to 6 days and with fraction of cost compared to ur charges.
