Not only has the true receiver not received my package, but through courier service I came to know that my courier has been delivered to an unknown person and unknown location. In spite of the obligatory rule of courier service to get the receiver's sign and phone number, nobody is able to tell me that where has the courier been delivers . I have never seen a more " kamchor" staff anywhere, half of them are always busy in some imaginary meeting, some come to office only at 4pm in the evening, and still others are terribly ill in the hospital. It has been the worst courier experience . God forbid, if my mail reaches the hands of any wrong person due to DTDC'S " excellent service" . I had some really important documents in it and want it to be couriered immediately to the right person or else I will have to reach the consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
