DTDC Courior — Parcels not delevered

I have 17 parcels from BHIWANDI EXPRESS DIVISION, BHIWANDI to BORING ROAD PATNA, booked on 16th June but didn't received till yet. When I contacted dtdc costomer care, they are not not replying properly and lying every time by saying, you will receives your parcels in 1-2 daya. After 2 days they said, I should contact dtdc bhiwandi, not them and given a no of dtdc bhiwandi. When I called dtdc bhiwandi ([protected]) they dropped the phone by saying wrong number. I'm neither getting any information, nor my parcels and its more than 10days. Here is the awb no's of my 17 parcels.
