DTDC — deficiency in service

I have booked my consignment from dtdc delhi office on 3rd oct 18 and they have promised to deliver it to the destination (Lucknow) within 2-3 business days.. Now as of today 6 days have passed and still package is not delivered, when tracking online it shows out for delivery at once and area non servicable ultimately, it has repeated twice and i m higly unsatisfied frm the service of such reputed private courier service provider.
