[Resolved]  DTDC — Delay and improper handling of parcel B14870112

I would like to bring to your notice that I went to the Lingarajapuram branch of DTDC in Bangalore on Sat Nov 29, 2014 in the morning for sending some documents to Howrah (W.B). As per the tracking details, I could see that the courier was mis-routed to Guwahati and it was still in Guwahati until Dec 1, 2014. No updates as yet. Those were my official documents which were required for filing some application in a Government dept. and the last date of submission is tomorrow Dec 4, 2014. If the courier does not reach by today, I will raise a complaint in consumer forum. Thanks and Regards, Musarrat [protected]
