DTDC — Delay delivery of courier

A courier of mine dispatched from Jaipur to Ramgarh on 11 dec 2015 consignment no F09284285. I have not recieved courier till 16 dec 2015. Kindly tell us whethet any time limit for deliver in your courier or not. If not then not commit any customer for delivery time. I am so regret to believe on you because my work had been hampered and time never comes back.
