[Resolved]  DTDC — Delay in delivery by 4 days

Dear Authorities My courier was sent from Calcutta on 12th November reached Rohtak (Haryana)on 14th Nov. and haven't received it till today. I tried calling on the contact no. given on the site but no cooperation was shown from team in subash nagar model town. my reference no is K74794835 .Every single minute is important for me and I am unable to understand what's happening . I am very upset with the service, can you please firmly deal with your dealer in Rohtak Subash Nagar or do I need to complain it legally . Regards, Hemant Beniwal
